DIRECTIONS OF USE :
1. Consume directly or pour a sachet into 60ml of water (room temperature) or juice. Stir well before drink 2. Do not mix with hot beverage to avoid destroying the effect of product 3. Children (> 6 year-old) : Take 1 sachet daily before meal 4. Adult : Take 1 sachet before meal, 2 times daily
